Public offer
1. Definition of terms
1.1. A public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is a public offer of the Seller addressed to an indefinite number of persons to conclude a contract for the sale of goods remotely with the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") on the terms set forth in this Offer, including all Annexes.

3. Price of the goods

6. Refunds
6.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods at any time before their transfer, as well as within 14 days after the transfer of the goods. The return of the goods is possible if its properties, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact of purchase and the terms of purchase are preserved.
6.2. In case of return of the goods in accordance with clause 6.1, the Seller undertakes to return the value of the goods to the Buyer within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods back from the Buyer, except for the Seller's expenses for the delivery of the returned goods.
6.3. Refunds are made to the Buyer's bank account or in any other way agreed by the parties.
6.4. In case of return of defective goods, the Seller undertakes to refund to the Buyer the full cost of the goods and delivery costs.
